My top 5 knockouts In UFC History.

   Intro.

Call me sick, or call me mad, but as an MMA fan for quite a number of years. I love a good old fashioned knockout. So I decided to make a list my of top 5 favourite Knockouts in UFC history.

5 Mirko Crocop vs Gabriel Gonzaga.

I you haven't seen this head kick, then you need to check it out because this was nasty.

4 Terry Etim vs Ebson Barboza.

Liverpool Native, and british standout. Terry Etim was a UK MMA standout, well not on this night, at UFC Rio, fans were treated to one of the best Knockouts in all of MMA, when Ebson gave Terry a spinning heel kick to the face. My god this was awesome.

3. Connor Mcgreggor vs Jose Aldo.

16 seconds, that's all it took, for one mouthy Irishman, to take out a Brazilian legend, enough said.

2. Roy Nelson vs Check Congo.

Roy Big Country Nelson is my spirit animal, and when he knocked out Check Congo at UFC 159 Jones vs Sonnen, the Frenchman, got put to sleep, and it was great.

1 Chuck Liddel vs Babalou Sobral UFC 29.

I love The Iceman, and this headkick knockout, is an stunning piece of art, that needs to be studied.

My Top 5 UFC TUF Fighters Who Should've Never Appeared On The Show.

Intro.

The UFC's TUF has seen its fairshare of deserving winners, but what if you had the opputunity to go on the show and you fluff your lines, by either not making weight, having issues, not giving your all, or just realing that your just not a fighter at all? This is my list of UFC TUF compettitors that should've never appeared on the hit reality TV show.

5 Junior Browning.

I don't what to think of this guy. Season 8 was coached by Frank Mir, and Minotaro Nogueira. Junior Browning was on Team Mir, and then it all started from there. He had an instant rivalry with Ephraim Escudero, and this was just the tipping of the ice burg, he clearly had issues with alcohol, and behavial problems. I don't think it's a good idea to put someone on TV if they have issues, and this a core example.

4. Chris Leben.

This guy was the original Junior Browning, from drunken behaviour, to a man that screamed personal issues. I feel he got exposed in a way, and that's got a good thing.

 3 Jason Pearce.

Season 9 was the battle of, oh say can you see vs Royal Britania. Jason Pearce, was on Team USA coached by Dan Henderson. Team USA can only described as a team divided, and the anger was aimed at two people. Jason Dent, and. Jason Pearce. Dent just liked his own space, and. Pearce who clearly faked an injury, he was due to fight Dave faulkner on Team UK, but he felt uncomfortable having to fight someone who he grown to be friends with, and as the season went on, his teammates weren't buying what he was selling. Dana White saw right through this, and eliminated from the competition, and left us with this quote. It's either you are, or you're not, and when Pearce got to the house, he realised that he wasn't. Yeah. That's true.

2. Jason Guida.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry when it comes to this guy. He was fighting at Light Heavyweight, and he couldn't make the weight. Your brother is Clay Guida, a man who used to fight at Lightweight, and Featherweight, and he had no issues making both weight classes, so yeah this is why he's on this list.

1 Gabe Rudiger.

This man was a walking, talking, cake eating, non weight making, chlonic taking, machine. he's a meme in the MMA world for a reason.

AEW Dynamite Revolution Go Home Show Edition. 6.3.2025.

MJF Storythread.

Once again i'm skipping the intro, and going straight into the show, because at the start my guy MJF was outside the arena, waiting for Hangman Adam Page, he cut a promo on him saying anything that Hangman does to him, will fail in comparison to what Max is going to do to Hangman. Later on in the broadcast Hangman showed up, and just like that a fiiiiiggggghhhhht was on, but the person who Hangman had dragged into the arena wasn't Max, it was a lookalike, because the real MJF attacked Hangman from behind. Max got Hangman to the ground, and was gave the diamond ring treatment, he then took to the mic, and said that in no certain terms, that anything Hangman can do, he can do better, and tried to set him on fire, but was stopped, and carried out by security. I liked this as an episode long thread, and it also made me think, that it's been 6 years since we lost Keith Flint, because Max wants to be a firestarter, twisted firestarter.

Swerve Strickland And Ricochet Contract Signing.

I liked this. From Robe fun, acts of history, and Swerve showing defiance, by calling Jeffrey Dalmer a selfish prick, and saying the biggest mistake that he made in their last Match, was that he left Swerve breathing, and that he was going to run through him, and revive his career, whilst giving a shout out to Ricochets wife. This pissed off Ricochet, who tried to attack Swerve with scissors, but. Swerve countered this and gave him the scissor treatment instead to end the segment.

8 person Tag Match.

Will Osperay. Orange Cassidy. Mark Briscoe, and. Powerhouse Hobbs, beat. The Murder Machines. Mark Davis, and. Bryan Keith in a fun and chaotic opening Match. I had fun watching this at 7.30am here in the UK before I went to my day job. The near falls fell into place easily, and the Matches within the Match elevated the physicality to a higher level, than what I thought it could get to, Osperay got the win for his team, when he gave Bryan Keith an os cutter, and a hidden blade. In the aftermath Kyle Fletcher came out and played the manipulataion game on Mark Davis, as he told his friend to fall in line. Mark then gave Will a chair shot to the back to take the show to the break.

Wheeler Yuta vs Adam Copeland.

I was bored watching this. The Match fell into the realm of a tired and warn out TV Match, that never got out of first gear. Cope got the win, and showed Yuta some respect in the aftermath, this means he has Moxley all alone this Sunday at Revolution. Mox got into the ring in the aftermath, and could be seen verbally tearing into Yuta, this would lead to Jon following him into the back area, and telling that he never wants to see him again. Mox then cut a promo on Cope, basically saying see ya on Sunday.

The Outrunners Training Montage.

I want these guys to beat The Hurt syndicate on Sunday, because it should always be The Outrunners.

Queen Of The Ring Segment.

The Director of Queen Of The Ring had a segment with Timeless Toni Storm, and later on in the show. Toni Storm and. Marieh May had a sit down interview with Renee Paquette, and it was awesome, from paracital acts of evil, to hurtful truths. This. Is a must see.

Kris Statlander And Thunder Rosa vs Penelope Ford And Megan Bayne.

Penelope Ford, and. Megan Bayne, beat. Kris Statlander and. Thunder Rosa in a solid TV Match.

Mercedes Mone Segment.

Mercedes Mone vs Komo Wantanabe is one of my Matches to watch this weekend.

Max Castor Open Challenge.

Max Castor got wrecked by Jay white, and the fans in San Francisco loved it, that'll teach not to insult their local sports team.

Ricochet And Kazuchika Okada vs Brody King And Swerve strickland.

I liked this. The Match was worked at a solid pace, and it gave some good insights into how things could play out on Sunday. Ricochet and Okada got the win, thanks to Jeffrey Dalmer being a cheating naughty boy.

Overview Of this weeks AEW Dynamite.

I liked this weeks show,  the in-ring work went from stagnant to very good, and the promos were great.

This weeks AEW Dynamite is a solid 8/10.

My Top 5 Moments In TUF UFC History That Went Badly.

 Intro.

Agh yes. The Ultimate fighter. The UFC's own version of Big Brother, but with violence. This show broke the mold, and showcased what MMA athletes were really like outside the cage. Before this MMA had a very stagnant relationship with public perception, critics, and politicians. The company going into the early 2000's wasn't in a good place, they were bleeding money, and PPV company's wouldn't take the chance on the promotion, due to the unforgiving nature of the negative press, that they had garnered in the early days. This was when original owner Bob Meyrowitz made the call to Dana White, this was due to the fact that Dana at the time was managing both Chuck Liddell, and Tito Ortiz,  they had a conversation about Tito's contract, this was when the situation of company's financial state came to light, this was when dana's friends the Fertitas came into the fold, and the rest was nearly history. But the promotion was on its way into the publics main frame, and it was thanks to this ground breaking reality TV Show, so here's some of its best moments that wrong.

5. Make Weight Or Leave.

Nothing pisses off Dana white more than fighters who don't make weight, This was the case with season 5 team Penn member Gabe Rudiger. He was an advert for everything that you shouldn't do when preparing for a fight, he ate the wrong food, and went to extreme measures to lose weight, getting something called a chlonic. ( don't google what entails ) His efforts to make weight, were looked at as comedy gold, because he made it look like a dying scene in a film. He ended up being Hospitalised, and Dana gave both team Penn, and. team Pulver a schooling, he then told Gabe that he blew his chance of getting into the UFC, and that was the tale of Gabe Rudiger on TUF.

4.  Jessie Taylor.

This. Is what happens when a rockstar thinks he's a rockstar, but isn't a rockstar, after he made the final on season 7 as a member of team Griffin. The cast was taken out for a night on the town in Las Vegas, but after the rest of the cast had gone, Taylor and another team member stayed, and caused damage to bar and hotel properties, to the point that the police were brought in. Dana was given the footage, he got to task on removing Taylor from the finale. He would go onto make a comeback on TUF Season 25 redemption, win that season, and then get kicked out of the UFC, after he failed a drug test, the silly billy.

3. TJ Dillashaw And Cody Garbrandt.

Season 25 known as redemption was coached by the hated rivals, both men took shots at each other and got into physical brawls multiple times with one another, and this was all thanks to Dwayne Bang Ludwig.

2. Bobby Southworth.

I hated this guy, from his attitude to his coaches, and. Dana white, to goading Chris Leben into fighting after he brought up his dad, yeah this guy was deplorable, and get me started on his mate Josh Koscheck.

1 Season 5 fight Night.

What happens when you put alcohol in a house with a load of crazy people, well the answer to that is carnage. Lobster. Waylon Simms, and. Noah Thomas were kicked out, after they tried to play a real life version of Street Fighter. I love TUF.

WWE Monday Night Raw 4.3.2025.

Superstars Seen Showing up.

Rhea Ripley. Iyo Sky. Bianca Belair. American Made, and a pissed off Cm punk were seen showing up to the venue.

Cm Punk Segment.

Punk was given the walk through treatment, and my God he was pissed off. I loved this. He gave us a treat. A 3 minute anger fest, that was a visceral assault on my senses. He laid waste to The Rock, and delivered hate filled barbs at John Cena. He then directed his anger at Seth Rollins, he mentioned Becky Lynch's name, and just like that it was on. Seth came out, and both men had a fiiiiiigggggghhhht. They thought across the arena and the ringside area. Security had to pull them apart. This would act as an episode long storythread, that pissed off Adam Pearce to the point that he's booked both men in a Steel cage next week, when WWE goes to Madison Square Garden. This. Was an excellent way to start the show.

The Judgement Day Segment.

It's not all good in The Judgement Day hood. Bron Breakker wrecked all of them later on.

Gunther vs Otis.

Gunther, beat otis in a decent TV Match. Gunthers promo beforehand, dealt with the issues of bodyshaming, and humiliation in the only way WWE know how to, with the subtlety of a sledgehammer. Bodyshaming isn't big or cool, so don't do it. Jey Uso saved Otis, and thanked him later on.

Karrion Kross And AJ Styles Segment.

Karrion Kross is on the wind up, and AJ Styles was his victim. Next Week AJ is going to call out Logan Paul.

Ivy Nile vs Lyra Valkyria WWE Womens Intercontinental Championship.

I'm not sure what to make of this. The Match was wrestled to the sound of Crickets. The in-ring work was well performed, but in the early going you could clearly hear some fans boo them, and to me this was a bit off putting. Lyra retained. I don't know what else to say.

Ludwig Kaiser Segment.

I hated this. His promo was a poorly scripted waste of time, and his fight with Penta, made the latter look like that toy that gets left at the bottom of the toy box.

Bianca Belair Segment.

I think Bianca knows more than what she's letting on. I think she's giving us her best Lady Gaga Impersonation.

Chad Gable Segment.

Chad Gable is on a Lucha hunt, and he was seen walking down some poorly lit green screen back alleys, and met with a mysterious Sharman, who gave him a box. We didn't get to see what was in the box. This had me screaming like Brad Pitt. What's in the box.

American Made vs The War Raiders WWE Tag Team Championship.

This looked a bit messy, from the start to finish, but as soon as those issues were sorted out, this was very watchable. The War Raiders retained.

LWO Segment.

The LWO did there best Braveheart impersonation, when they called out The New Day. They may take their lives, but they won't take their freedom.

Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky WWE Womens Championship.

This. Was. A fantastic main event. From the outset. Iyo and Rhea, have great chemistry, and it was showcased perfectly here. The in-ring work was solid, and it blended in well with the flow of the Match. However Rhea was the creator of her own downfall. She went to give Iyo a riptide from the top rope, but Iyo reversed this with a hurricanrana, and hit her with an over the moonsault to get the win, and become the new WWE Womens Champion, and this all stemmed from Bianca Belair sittting at ringside, and getting involved causing the finish. The question around who she's going to face at the show of shows, will be answered in the coming weeks. My money is on a threeway at Mania.

Overview Of Monday Night Raw.

Even though there was some blips in this weeks edition of WWE's flagship show. I did have fun watching it. The breathing space of how Elimination Chamber ended was needed to be given, and this helped the episode breathe, as the in-ring work went from good to great.

This weeks Monday Night Raw is a solid 8/10.

My Top 5 Takeaways From UFC Fight Night 103.

      Intro.

This. Is something new for me that I hope you guys enjoy. I'm a lifelong fan of MMA. So I've decided to mould MMA content into my blog. I'm going to give this my best shot, and give you guys some excellent written content, that fans can have fun with.

5 Have We Uncovered The UK's Next MMA star.

My country has created some great MMA Stars over the year, from Michael Bisping. Paddy The Baddy Pimblett. Leon Edwards, and Molly Mcann, but have we found a new star in Sam Patterson. His performance against Danny Barlow was excellent, proving that the UK shouldn't just rest alongside the USA, we should beating them at every step.

4 Hyder Amil.

Man you have to watch this Featherweight. I'm just going to say it, he's going to be a star.

3 Cody Brundage.

This. Is another one for the future. Cody Brundage is going to be a headliner one day. Just mark my words.

2. Manel Kape.

This. Was an excellent performance. Kape, beat Asu Almabyev in an all out slugfest, Kape's win by TKO was a well priced piece of comfortability, he did this with absolute ease.

1 I Respect Dominik Cruz.

Back in the day. I wasn't the biggest fan of Cruz's, but that doesn't mean I don't respect him, he's done everything, and has come through some terrible Injuries. He's a true inspiration, that never gave up, or gave in.

My Top 5 Elimination Chamber Commpetitors.

Intro.

Ok guys, i'm just going to get this out the way now. There's not going to be a review of Friday Night Smckdown this week. I feel that with a major PPV coming tonight, there isn't much of a point going through this edition of weekly TV, given the unbalanced mix-bag that it's slowly becoming. So with that said, and with Elimination Chamber just hours away ( at the time of writing this piece had to be held back). I think this is the right time to take a look at my favourite Competitors, to ever grace the demonic nutbar of a structure.

5 Shayna Baszler.

The year of 2020 can only be described as a cluster f-bomb of bad memories, brought in not to our own faults, but Shayna Baszler wrecking fools inside this steel structure was a star making performance, but the senial old man that the company at the time had other ideas.

4. Santino Marella.

I had a blast watching this back in 2012. The Cobra running wild, was priceless.

3. Asuka.

I liked her performance in 2018, to the point that this was one of my favourite performances of that year from any wrestler.

2. John Cena.

This man in my opinion set the standard for great performances in this structure. His 2006 appearance in the structure is something that needs to be studied, because it's awesome, and even though on this night he couldn't see clearly due to blood loss, I think it's safe to say that New Years Evolution 2006 is a night that is highly rated in my eyes.

1 Shawn Michaels

This. Man is the redefining meaning of the word. Triumphant, because when he won the world Heavyweight Championship in the structure's first ever outing, who would've known that HBK's best run in my opinion, was just around the corner.

My Top 5 Dana White's Funniest Moments.        Intro. The gift that keeps on giving is a phrase, that reminds of a good comedy, and the ...
