 AEW Dynamite Review 7.8.2025.

MJF Opens The Show.

MJF has been the best part of AEW television over this past two months, and this opening segment acted as a forshadow for what was to come later on in the broadcast. Max's world is starting to crumble, and it's great to see. You love to see it.

Jon Moxley vs Speedball Mike Bailey.

I liked this. Mox was in a pissed off mood after Darby Allin tried to murder him last week on Collision, so he took it out on Speedball Mike Bailey. Wheeler Yuta was at ringside, and the only thought that ran through my head was this, we need to start the angles of him leaving The Deathriders. Mox snapped Bayley's finger, which looked nasty. Mike Bailey's heart became the solid backbone of this Match. Darby Allin then kidnapped Wheeler Yuta, this caused the end of the Match to get hurried, as Mox hit Bailey with a Death Valley Driver for the win, seconds after the segment that followed. Jon took the chase to the car park, and Marina saw a Wheeler Yuta shaped Bodybag, that when undone had a message on Yuta's head that simply read. Forbidden Door.

Alex Windsor And Toni Storm Segment.

( Insert UK Club chocolate bar ad here ) If you like a load of sexual innuendo with your wrestling watch this segment. Just check this out.

Alex Windsor vs Queen Aminata vs Skye Blue vs Billie Starkz TBS 4 Way Qualifier.

Alex Windsor, beat. Queen Aminata. Skye Blue, and. Billie Starkz in what was a great TV Match. From the Matches within the Match, and Alex windsor creating her own version of the Boston Crab Human Centipede, and Toni Storm just being at ringside, just added humour to the proceedings. Athena attacked Toni Storm, and Windsor had a face off against Mercedes Mone

Generation Me Segment.

The Young Bucks bullied a Production worker, and ordered him to give these lines to Justin Roberts. This went horribly wrong. More on these guys later.

Kyle Fletcher Segment.

This was the perfect balance of cheese, and old school humour. Renee Paquette earnt her money tonight, and she nearly corpsed twice, and this one of those moments. Kyle Fletcher is now becoming the old school bad guy, that this era of fans need, and when you fold that in with Elton John chandelier glasses, a dodgy looking painting, and a promo that sounds like it came out directfully from the mid 1980's. you get gold. I liked this.

Murder On Live TV Next Week.

Next Week Adam Copeland is going to Murder a Glorious man live on TV. You leave Stokeley Hathaway alone. Stokeley later on answered this back later on in the broadcast.

Brodido vs The Young Bucks Forbidden Door Tag Team Tournament Match.

This was excellent. The Young Bucks were given back their entrance music, and production, to a half extent, they had to nearly crawl to get out to the rampway, and Justin Roberts completely mugged them off, and it was hilarious. You love to see it. The flawless physicality was insane at points, and the near falls were crafted together, to mould in with the story of the Match. Brodido got the win, and will now face FTR at a later date, for a chance to meet The Hurt Syndicate at Forbidden Door. One other thing, during this Match Toni Schiavone said that Full Gear is going back to New Jersey, and that The Rock will be hosting, and just like that my excitement levels went through the roof. The Man that tried to take one of its founders souls is hosting a show for the competition, and is now wanting that Company's soul. Yes I am gullable.

The Hurt Syndicate Is Now The No Max's Club.

MVP Kicked Max out of The Hurt Syndicate, and just like that they became AEW's answer to the No Homers Club.

Swerve Strickland Segment.

Swerve vs Okada at Forbidden Door. I have no notes, just hook this Match to my veins.

MJF vs Mark Briscoe.

I liked this. From the innovative chair, and table spots. Both men fighting in the fans, to these two establishing themselves as the thinking mans Pro Wrestlers. The Near falls were solid, as they helped mark this as an excellent TV main event that did the job, however the finish felt a bit botchy, but then again this could all be a big work to help aid the on going storyline. Bryce Remsburg missed the fact that Mark had his foot on the ropes, and gave Max the three count. Max then beat down Mark, and bloodied him up with that beautiful Gold ring. Hangman Adam Page stood on the top of the ramp, and came down to aid his fallen friend, as Max tried escape, but Hangman caught him and the pair had a fight in the fans to end the show. I had a blast watching this main event, as it was a perfect way to send the show off the air.

Overview of AEW Dynamite.

As the anticipation for Forbidden Door grows even closer, the weekly TV from AEW continues to grow and get better and better. I'm not going to Forbidden Door due to the prices of travel to Greenwich, and the ticket prices, but that doesn't change the fact that I have thoroughly enjoyed the build to this event.

This weeks AEW Dynamite is a high 8/10.

WWE Unreal Reality From A Constructed Viewpoint.

Intro.

This isn't WWE's first floray into the Reality TV, because back in 2015, when Total Divas was doing well on the E channel. The netflix deal has given so much, whilst also annoying some fans. However their exscurtion back into this form of entertainment so far has been a treat. Netflix aren't known for Reality TV, if anything their actually quite new to this overbloated made up market. This movement in Entertainment came about in the mid 2000's when MTV forshadowed what was to come, gone were the days of the famous dad moving around his mansion, and in its place came a scripted point of view, when shows like. Laguna Beach. The Hills, and. Jersey Shore, made household names of its stars. WWE has made names of its superstars over the space of multiple decades. So was a their a point to taking us fans behind the curtain, to take a look at their lives? Well in my opinion, yes. The show is a sugary look at how storylines come together, but it's a look that we've never seen, yes this is scripted reality, but it's not being aimed at the MTV generation. This is Netflix's look at what they can do with big name brands.

Episode 1.

As this form of Constructed reality started to take shape, us fans got thrown into this world, as current C.O.O Paul HHH  Levesque, guided us through how the Machine that's WWE, and how it operates. From the very start I got the sense that the company is a breathing dragon that never sleeps, and it doesn't. The storylines are well crafted from the writers room, to the editorialising in the ring, and at points can act as a vehicle for wires to get crossed, which can lead to real life disputes. The importance of family, and injuries act as a great small backdrop, when looked at through the eyes of Rhea Ripley, and. Cody Rhodes, whilst we we're treated to the views of mr Cm Punk, as his comeback from Injury, happened six months before filming.

Episode 2.

This episode was centred around the rise of Jey Uso, and the family tree that had created him. This took place at the time of The Royal Rumble earlier this year, the cameras caught everything, from the moment Jey was told that he was getting the rocket strapped to him By HHH. This was met with praise in the O'malley household, but it was interesting to see inside the writers room, and the thoughts that came from the creative team, most went with Punk, and Cena as winners. This was the stepping stone for what was to come. The interactions with Jey's brother Jimmy was fascinating, also Punk, just take a photo with Jakub.

Episode 3.

The Ladies took centre stage in this episode. I'm not a big fan of Stephanie Mcmahon, and she didn't make me feel like I wanted to turn off Netflix. This episodes centrefold was the hardship that these ladies have gone. Charlotte Flair Bereavement, and. Chelsea Green injuries, and how they came through it is nothing short of incredible. Bianca Belair, and. Chelsea Green, have a large selection of ring gear, that caters to their personalities, and work ethic, that can only be seen as inspiring. The focus that was centred around The Royal Rumble was forced, and completely put together. In my review of the Rumble from earlier this year. I thought that the womens Rumble suffered with pacing issues, and predictability, but that comes a close second, when you learn how they wanted to do. This was a fascinating look at how TV can become fiction.

Episode 4.

Heels turns, and heartbreak was the backstory for what became WWE's biggest pile of fiction in this mini series. Paul Levesque took us on a guided tour of how John Cena's heel turn came to be, telling us that only six people knew what was going to happen at Elimination Chamber. I didn't buy any of this, because it doesn't fold into how live TV works, Producers. Directors, and camera crew, would all have to be informed so things can run smoothly, so yeah. Believe what you want. Xavier Woods comes across like an insightful talking head. He carried the flag for The New Day, and talked us through the moment when Big E was removed from the group. I love hearing this type of insight, as I feel that it offers fans something that can be seen as a fascinating look at how the industry treats the dynamic, of Babyface vs Heel, Yes this could can be seen as having your intelligence insulted, but over the course of this episode, the series treats the issue with respect.

Episode 5.

With Wrestlemania around the corner it was important that all storylines were kept in a straightline. Punk. Rollins, and. Roman, and Jey, and Gunther, had their plates spinning from the moment were conceived, but Tiffany Stratton, and. Charlotte was another thing. All of this was a complete misconception. Charlotte the week before their infamous promo, took Tiffany to school in London, and bragged her into the deep end during a split screen segment. What came after was a complete car wreck, complete with Charlotte's squeaky voice. TIffany took the blame, as the heat was driven her way. John Cenas heel run has had its moments, from the early goings the promos were sensational, as the rest of the run failed to live to it's promise. The overall run of this episode felt like an episode of WWE 24 just with added strong language. This episode to me added nothing to what I already have known, and it failed to tell the full story between Charlotte, and. Tiffany, due to entertainment reasons. I felt that WWE did Tiffany dirty, but it was great to see her hold her own.

Overview of the Series.

WWE, and. Netflix have co produced a series, that offers the promise of entertainment, but dlivers in the realm of scripted constructed reality, as fact and fiction meshed together well, to create what we now have, a new way to look at WWE as we know it.

My Top 5 Insights From Monday Night Raw 5.8.2025.

Intro.

With the final outline from Summerslam lingering over WWE like a bad case of sunburn. I kind of feel like they deserve the heat. I'm going to into my feelings on the Brock Lesnar situation later on this week, so I won't go much into detail here, other than for this reason.

5. Brock Lesnars Return.

I'm going to get this out of the way now, so I don't have this hanging over my head. Michael Cole stating WWE's version of how Brock came back to WWE, had me feeling sorry for the veteran commentator. I get that he was told to say what was said, but using him like this to me was a bit cruel, when you dig beneath the surface.

4. Seths Crew Has A Name.

I liked this opening Segment. From Paul Heyman taking verbal shots at Roman Reigns, and Seth having his own fun, whilst looking a cross between Hollywood montrose, and a strawberry. He blamed fans, and put shame on us all for chanting for Punk, and for my OTC, by letting us know how he feels. He told us the new name for his crew. Visionary, and lets just put it this way. It's the Uncle Moes Family Feedbag Of Names, yeah it's that bad. Seth's interactions with LA Knight did make me laugh. Adam Pearce then came out, and he didn't sound very happy with Seth, so he booked both men for the main event, oh and he banished The Brons from ringside. The Match was a bit flat overall, and was then thrown out Cm Punk went for Seth, he got beaten down, and Seth tried to leave, but that was when Roman Reigns came out to stair down his former Shield Compradre. I liked this. It moved quite well, and was a decent episode long storyline thread.

3. Rusev vs Sheamus ( again ).

Ok this Match got thrown out by count out, because men were kicking too much arse. Watching these two fight like that season two episode of Malcolm In The Middle was pure comedy.

2. The Cast Of Wednesday Were Sat At Ringside.

The nerd in me was having a filed day, when I saw the cast of Wednesday sat at ringside, with the shows creators Alfred Gough, and Miles Miller. Thse two created Smallville one of my favourite TV Shows ever. I know that bringing this show up, with Brock lesnar might look like bad taste, so I just want you to know this. To say that I don't condone any form of sexual bullying is an understatement.

1. Charlotte Flair And Alexa Bliss beat Roxanne Perez And Raquel Rodriguez.

I'm starting to like the dynamic between these two, they beat Roxanne Perez, and. Raquel Rodriguez. The Match was better than there Summerslam encounter in my opinion. I thought their Summerslam Match was adequote, if lifeless in places, but this felt fresh, and a bit more feasible. Also say it with me Charlotte and Alexa are fwiends oooh fwiends wrestling fwiends. The Inbetweeners has a lot to answer for doesn't it.

WWE Summerslam Night Two Review 4.8.2025.

Superstars Seen Showing Up.

Solo Sikoa, and his family. Jakub Fatu. Lyra Valkyria. Becky Lynch, and. Cody Rhodes, were all seen showing up to the Stadium.

HHH Segment.

HHH welcomed us to Summerslam, with one sentence. ARE YOU READY, and to that all I had to say was this, well, yes. I have my Crisps. I have my White Chocolate Malteasers, and i've got plenty of Pepsi Max Cherry, so yeah you could say that i'm ready.

Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky vs Naomi.

This was a phenomonal opener. From Naomi's Dad playing her to the ring. I had no idea that Naomi's dad was a famous musician. To Rhea wanting to eat Naomi's hand as a snack. This Match was a fascinating look at how interchangable parts counteract together. This made for a solid viewing experience, all three ladies have great chemistry. The near falls were cleverly woven together. Naomi retained by roll up over Rhea. I liked this opener, and it acted as a good metric for what was to come later on.

TLC Ladder Match For The WWE Tag Team Championships.

The Wyatt Sic, retained their Tag Team Championship, when they beat. DIY. The Street Profits. The Motorcity Machine Gunns. Fraxiom, and. Andrade, and. Rey Fenix. I have a question for you guys. What do you get when you add chaos, carnage, and. White Chocolate Malteasers going everywhere? And if you're answer is a series of head on car wrecks, then you'll be right. From insane Table spots, chair spots, and throwbacks to what WWE gave birth to 25 years ago. This was crazy. Oh and hello Candace Lerae Same about that Ladder.

Lyra Valkyria vs Becky Lynch WWE Womens IC Championship.

Before this Match started. I felt my feet got a little bit cold, so I moved over to my desk, and put on my Becky Stompers ( aka my Slippers ). This was my Match of the night. Becky's new entrance music sounds awesome, and it doesn't make me want to sing the words. What would you do if I sang out of tune. This was Ireland vs Ireland. Kendo Stick vs Crowbar, and all out weapon induced plunder, with a cameo from Bayley. This Match was magic, and the best one from their feud. Becky retained, and Now Lyra can't compete for the belt, whilst Becky is still Champion.

Steel Cage Match Solo Sikoa vs Jakub Fatu WWE Mens United States Championship.

I didn't like this. Yes, both managed to hit the storybeats that was needed, but overall this felt predictable, and overbooked. Solo retained as a result of one of the flattest finishes in recent memory, but at least Jakub got to get revenge on his former family members, that moonsault looked awesome.

Dominik Mysterio vs AJ Styles WWE Intercontinental Championship.

From lowriders, boot stuff, and a whole load of lying, cheating, and, stealing. I had fun watching this, even if the in-ring work fell short of the mark. In November it will be 20 years since we lost Eddie Guererro, we're has the time gone. Don retained in what was a decent outing.

Stephanie Mcmahon Segment.

Stephanie Mcmahon came out and told us the attendence for both nights. Night 2 was attended by 60.000 fans. Which means over the weekend over 113.000 fans attended over both nights, which has left me feeling baffled, because Michael Cole called this into question earlier in the evening. So yeah I smell bs.

John Cena vs Cody Rhodes WWE Championship Street Fight.

This was a fascinating look, at what a study in contrast looks like. From words of Cody's father bleading into his entrance, whilst John walked out to his old theme, cementing himself as the Million Dollar, Multicoloured Cash Cow. From flying steps. Both men having chair wars. Cody giving John a Piledriver. John and Cody giving fans a cool image to remember them by, and the announcer table spots being performed with ease, the final exchanges were solid, as both men kicked out each others finishing moves on three occassions, this led to Cody regaining his pride, and winning back his championship. My issues with the Match. Did I enjoy this Match, yes, but It fell into the modern day gripe of how Street Fights are portrayed. Gone are the days of Cactus Jack and HHH having a bloodbath, and 25 years later in it's place is this, a watered down form of violence, that some would argue is needed, but to me. I think we need to see shades of the old school come back into the WWE fold. Fans chanted Thank You Cena, and then it happened. A chyming guitar riff echoed around Metlife Stadium, and he was back. Brock Lesnar had returned. He staired John down, and gave him an F5 to take the show off the air. I was left feeling bemused by this. Brock's name in 2025 has a massive asterix against it. in January of 2024, he was named in the Janelle Grant lawsuit against WWE. Vince Mcmahon, and John Laurenitis 44 times for alledged misconduct. I just need to mention that Brock hasn't done anything illegal, as the big questions are mainly surfacing around what he may, or may not have known, when it came to his involvement. It has been rumoured that Brock didn't go to the meet up, but this still leaves me feeling divided. I'm not going to say how others should feel, because this is a pressing issue, all I can say is that WWE need to heed with heavy caution. Vince's actions towards women were disgusting.

Overview Of Summerslam Night 2.

This has been a very conflicting second half to the weekend. A disapointing United States championship Cage Match, and a return that has left fans feeling divided, is just part of how this night played out, in terms of the in-ring work, it was solid, but the return of Brock Lesnar has left a mark on this weekend that wasn't needed.

WWE Summerslam 2025 Night 2 Is a solid 8/10 for in ring action alone.

WWIE Summerslam 2025 Night One Review 3.8.2025.

Intro.

I have spoken at large about my love for this PLE event, so lets get into night one of Summerslam 2025.

Superstars Seen Showing Up.

Drew Mcintyre. Logan Paul. Randy Orton. JellyRoll. Gunther, and Cm Punk were all seen showing up to the stadium in New Jersey.

Druski Hype Video.

Ok, i'm going to admit it. I have no idea who Druski is, but as it turns out, he's a comedian, and next month he will be playing a show at The OVO Wembley Arena next month, so you learn something new everyday.

Cardi B Is Our Host.

I don't know what to make of this. Cardi came across a bit desperate. I think we need that Cardi B vs Nicki Minaj Match at a later date, now that would be fire.

Jey Uso And Roman Reigns vs The Brons.

This was a blast of an opening Match, that was well paced, and well executed. From both Bronson Reed, and Roman Reigns proving that air dynamics are for idiots. Bron serenading Roman like he was Dolly Parton. Jey eating a big boy sandwich, from Bronson, and Bron. The final stages of the Match saw to a great finish, as Roman took the bullet for Jey, when taking a sphere from Bron Breakker, this allowed Jey to take care of Bronson with a kick, and a frogsplash to get the win. The spots were great, and the overall storytelling was solid. Roman took the bullet for his cousin, just let that Marinade.

5. Raquel Rodriguez And Roxanne Perez vs Alexa Bliss And Charlotte Flair WWE Womens Tag Team Championship.

I've got to admit it. I'm starting to like Alexa Bliss, and. Charlotte Flairs dynamic, but this Match was a bit dull in my opinion. I have said this before, when it comes to Championship Matches you need to grab fans from the start, and this failed to grab me. Things did pick up before the end, but it was too late for me. Alexa Bliss, and Charlotte Flair are your new WWE Womens Tag Team Champions. This had me feeling bored.

I Love Pizza

I love me some shameful brand promotion. WWE Superstars love Papa Johns. I'm a Dominos guy myself. Pepperoni Stuffed Crust, uuummmm yes please.

Karrion kross vs Sami Zayn.

I wasn't a fan of this. It felt like a Monday Night Raw Match, taking place on a PLE. It was lifeless. Boring, and forgettable.

Hulk Hogan Tribute.

I'm sick to death of the Hulk Hogan Tributes, and placing his son at ringside was a bad move. Don't Google him. Logan Paul would pay tribute in his Match. Pleasde bare in mind, this is just my opinion.

Jade Cargill vs Tiffany Stratton WWE Womens Championship Match.

I didn't like this. It felt flat. Stagnant, and predictable. Tiffany retained, this could've been better. This leaves me with one question. What do you do now with Jade Cargill? Her run in WWE so far has been very hit and miss, and on this occassion, this was a confusing sad state, that I hope she can get herself out of.

Logan Paul And Drew Mcintyre vs Randy Orton And My Guy JellyRoll.

I had so much fun watching this at 1.15am, complete with near blurry eyes. This energised me back to normal. This Match had a fantastic dynamic, as the Matches within the Match gave way for a solid story to be told. The physicality was decent, but was played at a safe level, due to Jelly's involvement. Jelly became Country Music's answer to Mick Foley with the amount of heart he was showing, but it wasn't good enough, as Logan made him eat the pin. JellyRoll might be a Son Of A Sinner, and a man who's Higher Than Heaven, but he has a whole load of heart, and if you could bottle it, you would make millions.

Cm Punk vs Gunther WWE Heavyweight Championship.

Both men from the ring gear, down to their face off, were a complete study in contrast. Punk wore his Chicagos colours, whilst Gunther looked like the war colonel that he is. This Match was electric from the start, as the mental game of chess started to help things shift gear. The Physicality acted as side piece when it came to telling the story, because the Matches psychology was more fascinating. This Match did what it said on the tin, it delivered, and helped develop further Story's to come. The blood that Gunther sprayed on his head, when he got busted open, was pointless, because it wasn't needed, but it didn't change how things would play out. Punk hit two GTS's on the Austrian to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and then it happened. Just as Punk was getting his breath back, and before he could gather his thoughts on being a new Champion, the theme that screeches burn it down echoed throughout Metlife Stadium. Seth Rollins was back, his injury was a complete rouse, he threwaway his crutches to reveal the gotcha of the decade, he was never injured, he ran down to the ring, he handed his Money In The Bank briefcase to the ref, and it was on. He beat Punk down, and gave him a stomp, to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. I loved this. Many have said about the speculation surrounding Seths Injury, and yes, this did have elements of predictability, due to rumours from the news outlets, and social media, but my take is this, If it didn't ruin you're enjoyment, then ignore the news. I could see this coming, but it didn't ruin my enjoyment. Were all different.

Overview Of Night One.

This card was fascinating at what a confusing mess, with good highlights looks like. Punk and Gunther was excellent. JellyRoll was a top sport, when helping carve out an enjoyable Match with Randy Orton. Logan Paul, and. Drew Mcintyre. And the opener was a stomper. The only way that I can descride this card is like this. Things that I enjoyed were bread, and the things that I didn't were spam, and not bacon.

WWE Summerslam Night One is a high 7/10.

My Top 5 Reasons Why I Can't Wait For WWE Summerslam 2025.

Intro.

I love this PLE, I think at this point it's a known fact that I love WWE Summerslam, it's one of my favourite PLE's on the Pro Wrestling calender, so lets get into what i'm looking forward to from this years two night affair.

5. JellyRoll Getting In The Ring.

I'm a big fan of this man. I know what some people think, but Patrick you're a Metal fan, and you'd be right, but I also love Country Music. This man is a massive imspiratioin to me, as someone who has faced his own struggles. JellyRoll is the living embodiment of you can overcome and achieve anything, if you put your mind to it. Jelly's issues revolved around drugs, whilst mine is something that I continue to struggle with, my learning. I can't wait to see him batter Logan paul, and. Drew Mcintyre with the help of Randy Orton, this is going to be a lot of fun.

4. Lyra valkyria vs Becky Lynch For The IC Championship.

This has potential to be Match of the weekend. Their Money In The Bank, and. Backlash Matches were solid, so this could be something special. I have loved the story that these two have managed to carve out with some not so great creative. I can't wait for this one. When I get paid next i'm going to order a pair of stompers.

3. Rhea Ripley vs Naomi vs Iyo skye For The WWE Womens Championship.

Iyo, and. Rhea had a stomper at Evolution that has made it on to my Matches of the year list, and now that Naomi has been added to mix, this screams Womens Match of the year.

2. Cm Punk vs Gunther For The WWE Heavyweight Championship.

I have no words. This Match for me is a must watch, that has me hooked from the graphic alone. Enough said.

1. Cody Rhodes vs John Cena For The WWE Championship.

This has a degree of hope, and worry attached to it. The interest comes from how HHH is going to dig himself out of his own bad creative hole, and on the other when, if Cody wins, who will be the man to take the prize from after John has gone, these are all thoughts that need to be brought into question.

My Top 5 Reasons Why I Love Summerslam.

5. Timing.

It's no secret that I love Summerslam. I feel that the timing behind this is perfect. When Mania comes around each year I find in some cases that it can leave me feeling a bit lethargic, but when Summerslam comes around, I feel a bit refreshed. This build normally makes me feel a bit more excited. With Mania taking 2 months to get to the fireworks factory, Summerslam's build normally tends to feel a bit more snug. And this years build has been fairly steller if I say so myself.

4. The Matches That Stole The Show.

This PLE doesn't always Match up to it's predecessor, but when it comes to Matches, that's a different story. The examples come from my childhood. HHH vs The Rock In a Ladder Match from 1998. The first TLC Match. Bret Hart vs The Undertaker from 1997. And how can I forget Bret Hart vs The British Bulldog from Wembley in 1992. I could go on.

3. This Time Of Year.

When Summerslam came around as a kid. I would get excited, but I would also feel a bit sad, because yes my favourite event was around the corner, but so was the start of going back to school, and the dreaded trip to go and get back to school clothes. I used to dread this.

2. Match Of The Year Contenders.

This falls into the same category as The Matches That Stole The Show. Because multiple Matches have ended up on my best of the year lists when it comes to December. Case and point. HHH vs Brock Lesnar, and. Cm Punk vs Brock Lesnar, This event can create fantastic talking points. I just want to add that I don't condone what Brock has been accused of. I'm using these as examples because these were the first ones to come to my mind.

1. Money For The State.

When WWE head into any area acrooss the globe. It's known that good things come to those cities, whether it's fan meet and greets from fanatics, who are WWE's merch distributor, to the local community getting an influx of money due to live revenue. It's important to say that the WWE in communities brand can be used for good, even though they can be seen as a view for hypocrisy.

AEW Dynamite Review 31.7.2025.

The Outrunners vs The Young Bucks Forbidden Door Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament.

This was a stripped back awesome affair. It was stripped back, because The Young Bucks are still getting completely mugged off. No entrance, and no dignity. You love to see it. I had fun watching this. The physicality was quick, and slick, and helped move things along. The Bucks got the win, and later on in the broadcast teased facing FTR ( again ). Also Can I please have more Stokeley Hathaway on my TV please. Swerve stopped Okada from beating down the best Tag Team in the game. Everything should be given to The Outrunners.

Mark Briscoe Segment.

Just belt this man up already. Mark was fired up to face Ricochet later on, but he's more focused on MJF. Ricochet reminded him to get focused. I liked this. Renee Paquette here was great.

MJF Segment.

The Hurt Syndicate is slowly becoming The No Homers Club, by becoming the No Max's club. Max let this be a lesson to you. Don't buy cheap knock off Rolex's from Temu. More on Max later. Yeah. Shelton was pissed.

Christian Cage Segment.

I loved this. As the themes of Entitlement. Revenge. Death, and disownment played from Christians words. I couldn't help but think of the fact that he's a fascinating parasite. Yes he's an asshole, but he's a nice asshole, that at one time was obsessed with becoming a champion. He played out his dis pleasure of Moma Wayne, whilst talking through his history with Adam Copeland. The new Patriarchy then attacked Cage, by giving him a standing Steel Chair Concerto. This was great. I love Tony Schiavone.

Hangman Adam Page vs Jon Moxley AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

This was a majestic gold Match. From it's slow, and lethargic start, both men having a chopfest. Mox playing Skin games with Hangmans back. When this Match began. I struggled to get into this, and this was a shame, because the opening stages for any Championship Match are vital, when it comes to fan engagement, but these two managed to pull things around. We got Deadeye's on announcers tables. A flying Darby Allin, taking out The Deathriders from his very expensive Boxseats. Hangman kicking out of a belt shot from Mox, after it was brought into play from Marina Shafir. This gave birth to the final exchanges, allowing Hangman to get the win, after a Deadeye, and. Buckshot combo. Hangman would have a segment with MJF later on, and call him a coward. Mark Briscoe vs MJF vs Hangman Adam Page for Forbidden Door. yes please. This booking has a very high ceiling if this happens.

Athena And Billy Starkz vs Alex Windsor And Timeless Toni Storm.

This Match was a victim of it's circumstances. It needed more time to breathe. Do better AEW. Athena, and. Billy got the win, when Athena pinned Toni. This can be seen two ways. It's a good way of throwing fans, for when this Match happens. and the other way. It could overshadow what might becoming around the corner.

Willow Nightingale Segment.

Willow Nightingale will face Thekla on Collision this week. I might give this a watch. I won't be able to review because I have a lot still to do, but, yeah this sounds great.

Ricochet vs Mark Briscoe.

With their Stretcher Match from Double Or Nothing being in my list of favourite Matches this year, I had high hopes going into this Match, and they weren't met. Yes, this was a solid run through, with superb physicality. I've just seen these two have better Matches. Mark got the win with the Jay driver. The aftermath was excellent. Mark cut a promo calling out MJF, and needing help from his fallen family to help get him through this. Max showed up on the big screen, and told Mark in the most insulting way possible, that he will meet him next week for a Match, but that's if he makes it? This allowed Max to attack Mark from behind, because this was all a roose. The big question is now aimed at Hangman. Is Max a coward. Max beat Mark down, leaving Hangman to make the save as the show went off the air.

Overview of AEW Dynamite.

I liked this weeks show. The run in going towards Forbidden Door is starting to shape, and it's looking quite exciting. It's now full steam ahead to London.

This Weeks AEW Dynamite is a very high 7/10.

My Top UFC Fighters With The Worst Personality Traits.

Intro.

I like to think that when you meet someone, you can get a good look at what someone is like. From the good to the bad, we all see what we see. On the surface a person who you can call a friend might let you down. We all have traits that make us who we are, and this is what makes us differant.

5. Michael Bisping.

My country's stand out fighter who paved the path for others to walk down, is known to have a brash, and cocky side to his personality, this came to the forefront when he coached on both season 9, and. 14 of The Ultimate Fighter, when he was opposite Dan Henderson, and. Jason Mayhem Miller. The build to his fights, against the likes of Luke Rockhold, and. Anderson Silva, brought this into question. There's a reason why he wore the Most hated man in the UFC badge with pride, and that's because in my opinion, he bought into the toxicity of the fight way two much.

4. Ian Machado Garry.

I know what you guys are thinking, why is this Welterweight Stand out on this list, well it's due to how he left his former team. Team Renegade, and other MMA gyms, letting his own wife become his manager, and of cause there's the Neal Magny, and. Jeff Neal Controversies. Ian Machado Garry is a talented fighter, no doubt. This showed a flawed level of weakness. This type of behavior to some could look like a man trying to walk down his own path, but to many it looks big headed, but to me it just looks negative.

3. Paddy The Baddy Pimblett.

Paddy The Baddy is one of the most polverising figures in recent MMA memory. His fights are always must watch, and his last outing against Michael Chandler was something to behold, but when their is one blenish against his name. His rivalry with Ilia Toporia. His remarks against Ilia's homeland, that lead to the pair having a clashes on multiple occassions, hasn't endeared him with some fans. This isn't a good look. I feel it makes some people feel stupid, and sound entitled.

2. Anderson Silva.

Some have called The Spider arguably one of the best MMA fighters, pound for pound, to ever exist, and he does deserve that moniker, but he's failed drug tests, and disrespected his opponents, by acting lazy when it to interacting in the cage, he would do the bare minimal to engage with his opponent, which lead to the fans chanting boring. It got so bad that when he faced Damien Maia at UFC 112, Dana White walked out from the cage, handing the Middleweight Championship to his manager, and saying the words, here you put it on him. yeesh. No one likes a lazy fighter.

1. Colby Covington.

Were do I begin with this guy. There's his outright baffling political views, to his rivalries centering around disrespect, and being outright offensive. I mean what would you expect from the man who said, that if Dana White tries to put the belt on him, he'll take it out of his hands, and smack him over the head with it. Is Colby the definition of Satan?

My Top 5 Insights From Monday Night Raw.

Intro.

Summerslam is one of my favourite PLE's of the year and this years look like one of best line ups in recent years. I have two lists coming out later this week, that will showcase my thoughts on the Matches that i'm looking forward to seeing, and giving my thoughts on why I love this event, so stay tuned.

5. Another Hulk Hogan Tribute.

I've said all that I have to say about Terry Bollea, so i'm going to make this brief. WWE are doing a good job not talking serious issues.

4. Jey Uso Segment.

This was a great way to start the show. Jey had his entrance encore cut short by Paul Heyman, both men had a fantastic Promo dual, that centred around the themes of love, lies, and Betrayal. Both men had a awesome bounce between them, and it was great to see.

3. AJ Styles And The Kabuki Warriors vs The Judgement Day.

I liked this. AJ Styles mixing it up with my favourite Womens Tag Teams at the moment, was awesome. Roxanne Perez had another solid showing here, and her partnership with Raquel Rodriguez is starting to grow on me. AJ and his new pals The Kabuki Warriors, got the win. Also Kairi is insane.

2. Becky Lynch Gets Owned By lyra Valkyria.

I cried laughing at this, because this had me howling with. I don't know about you guys, but I love Kendo Sticks.

1. Gunther And Cm Punk Segment.

This was a fantastic promo dual. Now this is more like it, after last weeks segment. I argued with my friends, that you don't need Punk and Gunther to have another segment, because their graphic is enough, oh how wrong was I, because was awesome, and it's left me buzzing for the PLE this Saturday.
