My Top 5 WWF PPV's From The Year 2000.
Intro
The year 2000. A year that could easily be seen, as the peak of civilisation. From me thinking Oops I did it again, and then gaining my senses, by getting One Step Closer to the edge, and yes I was about to break. Me, and my friends, would have a field day when it came to wrestling. The Attitude Era, was nearing its completion, and WCW was falling apart even more at the scenes, However TV was also getting good as well. The Nerd in me loved Roswell, and. The spin off to one of the best TV shows ever. Angel, had me hooked, and it was a gateway, to me getting into the horror genre. Futurama was also goated. I love you Bender.
5 WWF Unforgiven 2000.
That Tag Team Championship Cage Match, between. Edge And Christian, and. The Hardy Boyz. The Fatal 4 Way WWF Championship Match, between. The Rock vs The Monster vs Kane vs The Undertaker, and. HHH vs Kurt Angle, this PPV to was class, and I had a great time watching it back recently.
4 WWF No Mercy 2000.
Stone Colds Steve Austin's Return, battering Rikishi. HHH vs The Monster, and. Kurt Angle winning the WWF Championship from The Rock. This. Was yet another stellar outing from the house of feducation.
3 WWF Judgement Day 2000.
The Rock vs HHH in a one hour Iron Man match, and the return of The Undertaker.
2 WWF Backlash 2000.
The Rock, and. HHH had a barn burner, and. The Monstar had a great showing against Chris Jericho, but on the night of April 30th 2000, it was all about the Return of one man. Stone Cold Steve Austin. Enough said.
1 WWF Royal Rumble 2000.
I loved this show, even until this day. I remember watching this, recorded the after it happened, when I got home from schools. The Hardyz Boyz vs The Dudley Boyz, and of course that classic Street Fight for the WWF Championship. Just don't watch what Mae Young did, because i'm broke, and can't afford anyone's therapy.
