My Top 5 Insights From Monday Night Raw.
Intro.
Guys, this is another apology, because it's another Top 5 list, this is because the weather over here in the UK is as hot as several ovens, which means that doing a full review wasn't possible. I have to put my health first, and with the heatwave that the UK is currently experiencing. I just think delaying my work is the best idea for me.
5. Rhea vs Iyo.
Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky for the womens Championship at Evolution. Yes please WWE.
4. The Judgement Day Are Glittered In Gold.
JD Mcdonagh, and. Finn Balor, beat. The New Day to become the new WWE World Tag Team Champions. The Match was a solid TV outing, that kept the mental game at a high, as the near fall guessing game, became the centrefold of what was unfolding in front of fans eyes.
3. Bayley. Lyra, and. Becky.
I have to say, I like the idea of this Match. When you dig beneath the surface, this has TNA Turning Point 2005 vibes to it. And I can't wait to see how this unfolds.
2. Rusev vs Sheamus.
Rusev, beat sheamus, in a Match that resembled too big beefy boys, doing big beefy things.
1. Gunther Segment.
This was my highlight of this show. From Gunther verbally insulting Goldberg, to him having a minor promo dual against Seth Rollins, to Cm Punk attacking Seth. I do believe that this is WWE's legacy feud for this year, that could end in everyone's favourite demonic structure, but I do feel that it needs the added ingridient of drama. But the best was yet to come, because as Seth was about to leave, he was attacked by LA Knight. The pair thought in the merch area. I thought the moment when popcorn got wasted, yet cold beer got saved was actually quite funny, but so very wrong at the same time.
