Monday Night Raw Review

Intro

In 9 days we have Bad Blood, because right now the WWE are showing us fans mad love, something something Taylor Swift. I think if I was a singer. The Grammies wouldn't come a knocking.

Superstars Show Up And Liv And Dom Segment

Bron Breakker. Jey Uso. Drew Mcintyre, were all seen showing up, and. The Mulletchaser, and her exceedingly hot Human Hoven, turn up in a lowrider. This was used as a toy promotion, Oh and Braun Strowman, and. Bronson Reed, continued their fight from last week. The Mulletchaser, and The Human Hoven, made their way to the ring, and Joe Tesatore could be heard on commentary, ripping into everyone's favourite Latino Hoven. The Mulletchaser, said that her revenge tour is taking shape nicely, because she's taken everything away from Rhea Ripley, she asked the production crew to show the footage from last week, when she battered Mami. Rhea came out with a gleeful look on her face, because she had some bad news for this couple. The Mulletchaser played with Rhea, and. The Hoven tried to get in her face, this prompted Mami to say that at Bad Blood. The Hoven won't be able to get involved, because he is going to hoisted up in the air, contained in a shark tank. I love this, but I also think it's a crime, because how is the little Latino Hoven, going to be able to eat himself some Chicken Tenders, while in a cage. I could just invision HHH laughing his ass at the thought of it. Rhea gave The Mulletchaser a forehead sandwich, to end the segment. Also JD. Leave Ilja alone.

Sami Zayn vs Ludwig Kaiser

I liked all of this. Sami, beat. Ludwig Kaiser in a solid tv match, that had great physicality, as their energetic bursts sold the story. Gunther came out at the end, and denied Sami again, furthering their rivalry.

Kofi Kingston Segment

Kofi Kingston, and. Xavier Woods, were backstage pondering over their career, when enter stage left came American Made f*** yeah, to challenge the duo to a match later on. Kofi and Xavier would lose said match, continuing their seperation arc. Xavier then mouthed off to Rey Mysterio, and now has a match against him next week.

Dragon Lee vs Carlito

Dragon Lee, beat. Carlito, in a flat tv match, thanks to a whole heap of LWO shenanigans.

Sheamus Segment

Sheamus told Jackie Redmond backstage, that he isn't done with Butch. Pete Dunne then battered him with a cricket bat later on.

The Miz vs Bronson Reed

This match never happened, because. Braun Strowman showed from the fans, and both men had a fight, complete with security seperation. I hated this. It felt forced, and was predictable.

Drew Mcintyre Segment

This was the highlight of the night for me. Drew came out, and reprised parts of Punks promo from last week, whilst flipping the script, and turning it into something fresh. I loved all of this. Both men will make each other bleed at the PLE, echoing in a new era for WWE.

Fyre and Dawn vs Damage Ctrl

This match had no right to be as good as it was. Damage Ctrl got the win, and befor the match, Jade, and. Bianca, did their own version of mindgames. This was decent.

Wyatt Sick Vingnette

We then got a Wyatt Sick Vingnette, that i'm pretty sure is teasing the return of Alexa Bliss, or that Lily doll, either way it's definately one of them.

PFC Vingnette

We then got a Vingnette for the Pure Fusion Collective. Ok. I'm going to be honest. I like the individuals in this group. I just hate the name. To me the name is the definition of walking into my Local Morrisons, going straight to the crisps isle, and picking out the worst flavour out there, here's looking at you Salt'n vinegar.

Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker WWE Intercontinental Championship

This. Was. Brilliant. I was up extra early this morning so I could watch this, and also piss off my 15 month old Jack Russell Puppy Jane, because my god. I was yeeting all over the house, and she hated it. The match was a lot of fun, from Jeys entrance through fans, both men showcasing their slick movesets, that molded in with the solid physicality, and good chemistry that they displayed. Jey got the win after not one, but too frogsplashes, to become our new Intercontinental Champion. I loved all of this. Jeys elation was written all over his face, as he celebrated with the fans, the pyro went off, and I got the feeling that this is just the start, of things to come. Yeeeeeeeeeet.

Overview Of Monday Night Raw

This weeks Raw, resembled a confusing Pick'n Mix bag, their was bits that I liked, and there was moments that I loathed.

This Weeks Raw is a solid 7/10.

My Top 5 Indie Talents Who Have Become Major Stars

Intro

Over the past 25 years, the wrestling industry has undergone many changes, from how storytelling has seen a dynamic edge, added to weekly tv, whilst the PPV market has undergone a major change, and will be continuing to face changes, as from January next year when WWE's flagship show. Monday Night Raw, will be airing exclusively on Netflix, with PLE's also heading in the same way. Over here in the UK, everything WWE related will be going to the streaming global megaforce, but with this new line of income, making its way, to almost every device on this world, a fresh view on talent should be looked at, as a means to look to the future. Barry Blaunsteins 1999 documentary Beyond The Mat, uncovered the foundations of what it's like to become a wrestler, even though it was through controversial patterns. The film showed this from the ground up, and it was a facinating insight into how the world of Pro Wrestling, needs to keep invating itself, before it turns in on itself. Indie Talents are needed now, more than ever. These are my top 5 indie Talents Who have become major stars.

5 Macho Man Randy Savage

I know what you're all thinking. The Macho Man was well known for his WWF, and WCW runs, and not the indy scene, but, you're wrong, when he broke into Pro Wrestling, he worked for his dads promotion, this was were he honed in his craft, from his promo, to his overall look. His Dads promotion was just like Stu Harts Stampede wrestling, from out of Calgary, it was a territory that was used as a proving ground, for finding stars. The Poffo strategy that echoed the same sentiments, and randy would end up signing for the then WWF. He paved a way, that smaller wrestlers continue to walk down, to this very day. I don't believe we would have a Will Osperay, or a. Bryan Danielson. If it wasn't for the Macho Man. This. Is. How you create a legacy.

4 Ricochet

As a performer this man is sensational, his high end tale athletisism, and charisma, is nothing short of ground breaking, from his world defining matches against Will Osperay, to his work in ROH, and. NJPW. Ricochet is the definition of passion.

3 Will Osperay

What can I say about this generational talent. His matches are well crafted pieces of art, and his effort to leading into his most storied AEW matches of late, have been great, but it all started over here in the UK, because this Romford native, has done his own version of starting from the bottom, and has become a stallwart for determination. Yesterday I sat down to do my Dynamite review, and I missed off Ricochet facing up to Will Osperay. It was on purpose, because I had plans to sit down, and write this list. His indie run, working for London based promotion RevPro, and. Progress, are studied in wrestling schools, he's become the figure of, you can do it if you work hard enough. He's a modern day wrestling inspiration.

2 Cm Punk

Cm Punk is a man, that over the past 3 years, has completely divided up fan opinion, you either love him, or you hate him, but, you can't hide the mans impact on this industry, he has gone from indie darling, to a mountain sized superstar, that has caught most fans opinions, and minds, his run in ROH is legendary, and his rivalry with Samoa is considered one of the best of all time. His match quality against the likes of AJ Styles. Austin Airies, and. Bryan Danielson, don't varie, because, there consistantly excellent, he might trouble, but remember people, fear is how we fall.

1 Bryan Danielson

Recently. I watched this  man beat Sweve Strickland, in the main event of AEW All In, at Wembley Stadium, as a man who's trying to break into the reviewing world of Pro Wrestling. Danielson is a huge of inspiration, from his days in ROH, and his work over here on UK shores, he's always stayed one step ahead of the curb. As the industry has changed over time. Bryan Danielson hasn't changed his priniciples, as he has shown the industry, that in the independant scene, you can create glitter and Gold.

Top 5 Wrestling Matches that Affirmed My Life

     Intro

In life, we all go through trials, and tribulations, some have benefits, that help us in our day to day routine, whilst others, can leave us with a hole to fill. Wrestling is no differant, as fans, were all differant, from tastes in music, to liking other tv shows, Whatever gets us through the day, make us who we are, and without that, what do we really have. Wrestling to me is freedom, and these matches are the ones that got my through some bad times in my life.

5 Stadium Stampede 1 AEW Double Or Nothing 2020

This. Match, was conceived at the right time, the world was placed into a shutdown state, due to the pandemic taking a grip on our everyday life. This forced wrestling companies to think outside of the box, with mostly a decent fanfair, but for money this was gold. I was at home on my goverments furlough scheme. I was feeling low, as I started to ponder my life decisions. This. Match had comedy, and great moments. Like Jake Hager, and. Hangman Adam Page, having a bar fight. The many changing characters of Matt Hardy, and of course my favourite moment in wrestling that year. Sammy Guervara getting suplexed across a football field. Cinematic matches, were the thing at the time, that was used to give fans, an extra added deal of intrigue, and in this case AEW succeeded.

4 Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso Clash Of Champions 2020

This, like many matches on this list, came along at the right time, and was delivered at the right time in my life. I had gone back to work just three months before this, and the ramifications of the pandemic, was really hitting home for me. My work life was a mess, and it was starting to have a negative effect on me, and the only thing I had to look forward to was watching wrestling. I felt like I had nothing, and as time went on, nothing went the way that I wanted, then this storyline unfolded before my eyes, and the themes of grooming, and abuse started to give fans something differant, and I loved it. Roman took on the role of Alex Delarge, as he manipulated his own family, for his own gain. The match was just the start, for arguably WWE's biggest ever storyline, that took my heart, and gave me hope for the future.

3 The First Elimination Chamber Match Survivor Series 2002

I'm a man of principles, and I think that Bullying is no laughing matter, as I feel it's had a big impact on teen suicides here in the UK, this match saved my life. After I faced a day of hell at school, back in november of 2002, I was at a friends house, and he picked up on my shift in mood, and that, was when I opened up about, what me and my friends were going through, we sat down to watch that years Survivor Series, as I watched this match unfold, I found myself moved by the outcome, I realised one thing in its aftermath. If I was going to do something stupid, then don't, because there's a way out of the gloom. 22 years later I'm still here, and I owe it to this match.

2 Daniel Bryan vs Batista vs Randy Orton Wrestlemania 30

What can I say about this match, other than it's a reminder of. If you work hard enough, then you can achieve anything, from fans now feeling like they were being listened to, to confetti reigning in a new era, and a life affirming moment. As the confetti rained down in the New Orleans sky, a photo told a thousand stories. Bryan was seen celebrating with Connor Malik, a child who was dying with Cancer, this photo would act as reminder, to hold dear what is close to you, because you never know how long anything in life will last.

1 Bryan Danielson vs Swerve Strickland AEW All In 2024 Career vs Championship

I was in attendence for this event, and this main event. It has given me the drive to continue down this path, Danielsons passion, has become my passion, and I will always be grateful to him for that. Enough said.

AEW Collision Review 22.9.2024

Intro

This Thursday morning, i'm abandoning all of my plans, because. AEW Grandslam looks absolutely sick, and I can't wait to see it, as every match unfolds. This Thursday's review is going to be insane, so keep your peepers open everyone, and let the good times roll.

ROH Tag Team Championship Bunkhouse Brawl Dustin and Sammy vs The undisputed Kingdom

I had a great time watching this match, the physicality was nothing short of bloodsoaked insanity, and I loved every second of it, the table, and ladder spots, were insane. People complain nowadays about how wrestling matches, don't have in built stories, and in my opinion, I can't understand where this complaint comes from, because the rally cry of urgency that I saw during this match, reminded me of why the hardcore style of wrestling, is needed, in an industry that has turned into a polished toy. Sammy and Dustin Retained, this was brilliant.

The Conglomeration segment

I love Mark Briscoe, give this man all the belts, his promo was interrupted by The Premier Bodyshamers, thank god for Rocky Romero. Mark Briscoe. Kyle O'reilly. Hologram, and. Rocky Romero, then beat. The Premier Bodyshamers, in a fun tv match. I liked this. What should my word of the day be?

Britt Baker Is Back

The Dr will see us, at the Dynamite 5th aniversary show, and she's going to face Sareena Deeb. Ok Patrick calm down, just slowly get this info into your brain. Patrick your not listening.

MXM Collection

Mace, and. Manswar, confirmed, they will be debuting. Max Castors Jacket, and everyones going to love it, well, everyone except Max Castor, that is. He rapped about it later.

Marieh May vs Lady Frost AEW Womens Championship Eliminator

Marieh May, beat. Lady Frost in a decent tv match, however my enjoyment was ruined by technical difficulties. Deonna Purrazzo offered Yuka Sakazaki protection, and, hey look. Willow Nightingale is back.

Darby Allin vs Evil Uno

Darby Allin, beat. Evil Uno, in a standard tv match. Darby, and Uno's segment beforehand was excellent.

Jeff Jarrett

In footage recorded after Dynamite this past Wednesday. Renee Paquette interviewed Jeff Jarrett, and he called out Hangman Adam Page, and challenged him to leather strap Lumberjack match, at GrandSlam. I love this man.

Sareena Deeb vs Queen Aminata

Sareena Deeb, beat. Queen Aminata, in a solid tv match. I love watching Sareena Deeb work.

Saraya Rules Match

Saraya Challenged Jamie Hayter, to a Saraya Rules match, and. Harley Cameron explained the rules, and, well it sounds, a tad predictable, it sounds like a game that my brother, made when we were kids. I can still here me screaming that's not fair until this very day.

Hook and FTRunners vs Roderick Strong The Beast Mortas Rush and The Grizzled Young Veterans

I loved this match, it felt like a chaos induced trip to the funfair, from the great chemistry, physicality, and the matches that took place within the match. Rush got the win for his team, when he Dax Harwood the horns.

Nigel Mcguinness Closes The Show

I loved this ending segment. Nigel Mcguiness took to the mic, and spoke to his favourite Clam Digger. Bryan Danielson. This. Was. An excellent reminder of how great Nigel is on the mic. Tony Schiavone called Nigel out, and said Danielson is one of the best that he's ever seen, and, because Danielson hasn't been cleared, so this might not happen.  Nigel told Tony to not get in his way, and not make that same mistake again. Nigel walked down to the ring, and told Bryan, that he wants to face him, one on one. All of this was excellent. The crosspaths, that have mounted each mans career, were laid bare here, and it was great to see. Nigels beliveability was on full display, and it made me like I had been transported back in time to 2004, watching ROH at my mates house, oh the memories.

Overview Of AEW Collision

I had a great time watching this edition of weekly tv, the matches had a point to them, and the in ring work, went from solid, to great.

AEW Collision is a solid 8/10.

Top 5 Tv Wrestler Cameos

Intro

Wrestling, and, acting, go hand in hand, and they've always have done, with varying results, here are some of best, and worst, you can make up your own mind.

5 Kevin Nash On Sabrina The Teenage Witch

yeah, this actually happened, and oh my, for the love of all that is holy, this was terrible, plus i'm pretty sure that nowadays, i'm not the only person who would love to give Salem a Slap. Ok i'm going to go and have a lye down, because this big pile of awful acting has started to make my head hurt.

4 Hulk Hogan. Macho Man Randy Savage. And. Ric Flair On Baywatch

What can I say about this, that hasn't already been said before, other than, what type of fine strains were the producers smoking, when they came up with this shit, I mean this was bad. And not so bad it's good, just plain bad. I mean how dare these jabronis, go on the Hoffs show, and not have the class to at least look believable.

Shawn Michaels On Baywatch

And just when you thought it was safe, to turn back on your favourite beach related melodrama. Shawn Michaels comes along, and wants himself a slice of that Baywatch pie, he played a hitman for hire, or so it looked, and the only thing that ran through my mind, when I watched this as a kid, I would think. The WWF product back then was quite safe, and here was HBK, talking about commiting murder for a job, make it make sense.

2 Chyna On 3rd Rock From The Sun

This happened at the height of the WWF's mainstream success, in the early noughties. Jodie Laurer, better known as Chyna, was a household name, and a trailblazer, for women who wanted to work in the industry, she played a police officer, who became the object of Harry's affections. French Stewart was known as a big wrestling fan, who attended Wrestlemania 16 in Anaheim California. My brother was a big fan of this show, back in the day, and it was an underrated comedic jem. This. Was, one of those times when WWF listened to a certain section of their fans, most of us are nerds.

1 Sting on Walker Texas Ranger

One of my favourite wrestlers of all time, meets with one of my favourite action stars, what could be better. This was awesome. I watchd this as a kid, and I couldn't believe what I was watching. Sting, and. Chuck Norris. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack at the age of 7. People say, that this hasn't held up over the years, and all I have to say is this. You Haven't held up either pal.

Smackdown Review 21.9.2024

Intro

When the man upstairs ( i'm not religous ) takes away, he also gives something that Wrestling fans don't want. When Raw heads to Netflix, the show will be back at 3 hours long, it was announced a few weeks ago, that from the 7th of October. Monday Night Raw, will going back to its old school 2 hour format, and if i'm honest. I was exstatic, but then, income that old saying of, this is why we can't have nice things, because from January the 3rd. Smackdown is heading to 3 hours, just for 6 months. I'm not sure what to think about this, one part of me thinks, ok great i'm getting more of the show I like, and the otherside of me thinks, that less should act as more. That's what I think about this lunacy.

The Bloodline Show Up

The Bloodline were seen showing up to the arena, and Jakub Fatu has a major problem with arena Staff, because he decked one, that wanted to search him. Now this is just plain rude, just let them do it. I saw ACDC, at. Wembley Stadium this Summer, and I saw fans try and get rowdy with event staff. Go easy on event staff, there here to help.

LA Knight vs Andrade WWE United States Championship

I liked all of this. The match was a fast paced, fluid, fun, showcase, that held my attention, the physical side of this affair, helped saw the seed, of needless excellence. This. Was. A blast to watch. LA Knight, yeeeeeaaaah retained, and Carmelo Hayes, mugged off Andrade backstage, causing a brawl.

Roman And Cody Face Off

I have no words to descride this, other than it was perfect, just perfect. If you haven't seen this yet, then I won't ruin it here, you just need to see it for yourselves. The writing was sharp, and the execution was flawless. This. Was exceptional television, and fantastic storytelling. Kevin Owens saw all of this unfold, and when asked by Byron Saxton, what he thought of this, he said that he would tell the fans later.

Apollo Crews vs Giovani Vinci

Apollo Crews, beat. Giovani Vinci, in a flat, and clunky match, that continued Vinci's burial, my mum walked halfway through, and she told me that Vinci is a piece, and I looked down at myself, whilst I was eating a sausage roll, and thought. Man I felt guilty, because she's right. Vinci is a piece.

KO Segment

Kevin Owens came out, and tried to talk about getting the Cody and Roman saga, off his chest, but before he could get a word out, he was interrupted by. Tama Tonga. Tonga Loa, and every security personels worst nightmare. Jakub Fatu. Tama told KO, that after last weeks embarassment, KO is going to get his, by orders off The Peaky Blinders, I mean his tribal Chief. KO wrecks everyone, but the numbers game caught up with him, this was when DIY, came out to make the save, this caused General Manager Nick Aldis, to step in and make a 6 Man Tag Team Match for the main event.

Naomi and Bayley vs Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton

I liked this, but the finish, was a convoluted mess, Both. Naomi, and. Bayley got the pin on Nia, as the three count was slammed on the canvas. Both ladies got the pin, and Nia's face was a picture, and I've got some advice for ms Stratton, in the words of Brat Wyatt. Run, because the Queen has a taste for blood. Naomi will face Bayley next week. Nick Aldis made it official.

Chelsea Green Work Experience

Chelsea Green would be awful at Work Experience, if she was working at a dumpsite, wouldn't she. This. Was, to set up her match against Michin in a fortnight, in. Trashville. Ok. Michael Cole, calm down mate, your embarrasing Corey Graves.

KO and DIY vs The Bloodline

The Street Profits, ended up taking over for DIY, because. The Bloodline decked them, before they could get to the curtain, so out came. The Street Profits, to take their place. The match was solid, from KO taking everyone out, with a sentomb bomb, and nearly getting the win with that same move. The Physicality helped the story of the match breathe, whilst the near falls were well timed, but the match was thrown out, because the ref couldn't keep control of these lunatics. The Bloodline then set upon Kevin, like a pack of hyenas. DIY came out to make the save, but they were dealt with quickly. Cody came out to help his friend, but as he had cleared out the ring. KO was poised to turn on his friend, with a steel chair, but he couldn't pull the trigger.  Both men shook hands, when the credits started to roll.

Overview Of Monday Night Raw

from an astonishing promo filled on location in Atlanta, Dodgy finishes, and the continued burial, that makes no sense. This weeks Smackdown was a real mix bag.

This weeks Smackdown is a high 6/10.

My Top 5 Macho Man Randy Savage Matches

Intro

Ooooh yeeeaaah, you could say that this list is two hot to handle, and two cold to hold, so i'm not going to waste anytime, so let's snap into it. Digg it.

5 Macho Man Randy Savage vs Ted Dibiase Wrestlemania 4

Trunp Plaza was the venue, and an elimination tournament was the game. I remember watching this as a kid, and it still holds up now, the physicality was performed at a moderate pace, but that doesn't matter, because Randy's energy sold the match, at this point I didn't care who won, because this is a time capsule moment, that needed to be lived through.

4 Macho Man Randy Savage vs Hulk Hogan Wrestlemania 5

I love WWE for these moments, a story that was nine months in the making. Hogan vs Savage was set for Mania 5, as the story of jealousy, and paranoia became the backbone of a great main event build up, and the match delivered. Savage won the belt, and at this point industry insiders thought, that when Hogan goes away to film a movie, that the WWE wouldn't have a main draw, those fears weren't founded, because Randy levelled the same amount of tickets, that Hogan did, this was another great look into a wrestling time capsule, that needed to be lived through.

3 Bret The Hitman Hart vs Macho Man Randy Savage WCW Slamboree 98

1998 was a turning point for the industry, the attitude era was starting to turn up the heat on WCW, as the group from Stamford, were gaining back the ground that they had lost, the years prior. One of the major criticisms, was their continuous use of pushing former WWF stars, as main eventers, when they had a rich talent pool, that needed to be examined by the higher ups, but this match managed to get some great milage out these veterans, the match was solid, and was highlight from both of their WCW runs. And it's always great seeing two of my all time favourite wrestlers, in the same ring at the same time.

2 Macho Man Randy Savage vs Diamond Dallas Page WCW Spring Stampede 97

In every fandom, their comes a time when things just click, and what your watching, feels a lot like magic unfolding in front of your eyes, this is the perfect way to describe. Macho Man Randy Savage vs Diamond Dallas Page. I loved this match. It got me hooked on the Macho Man, and I became a fan of his from this point. This, also won Pro Wrestling Illustrated's feud of the year for 1997, in their end of year reader poll.

1 Macho Man Randy Savage vs Ricky The Dragon Steamboat Wrestlemania 3

I don't know what else I can say about this, other than, just like Sasha, and. Bayley from WWE NXT TakeOver Brooklyn, this match gets studied at wrestling schools, even to this day. I don't think you get much higher praise than that.

AEW Dynamite Review 19.9.2024

Intro

Money. Money. Money. It isn't funny. In a rich mans world, and if you guys are wondering why i'm referencing Abba, at the beginning of this review, then all I have to say is this. HAVE YOU SEEN HOW MUCH MONEY AEW COULD BE GETTING WITH THERE NEW TV DEAL, and just like that, i've set the internet on fire. Sorry guys. I couldn't resist.

Orange Cassidy vs Chris Jericho

I don't have many nice things to say about this match. It was slow, methodic, and, with lazy spots, Cassidy got the win after a misguided money shot went wrong, allowing him to hit Jericho with an orange punch. I wasn't impressed with this, because I love Orange Cassidy, and i've seen a lot better from him, but as for Chris Jericho, I don't care what he does now. I don't like his character, and I'm not a fan of his, from a personal level. This. Was. A waste of perfectly good air time.

The Pacpool Combat Club

Pac. Claudio Castagnoli. Marina Shafir, and. Jon Moxley, ordered Wheeler Yuta, to show up next week, and defend their trios Championships. Yuta then sold this later on, when talking to Alex Mahvez, he said that he might have to suite up, if he's to become a fighting champion. I liked all of this. Private Party answered the call.

Hook vs JD Ink

Hook, beat. JD Ink, in a squash match, whilst Roderick Strong was on Commentary. I thought that we were past the point of Hook doing squash matches on tv. One other thing. Having the Undisputed Kingdom liken Hook to a known racist, and all round awful human being, was a low mark on this show.

The Patriacrchy Segment

Christian Cage, wants him, and his son Nick Wayne, to both hold AEW Gold, because it's a family affair.

Sareena Deeb and Marieh May vs Yuka Sakazaki and Queen Aminata

I thought the physicality within the ropes, was great, however the finish felt cheap, May, attacked Yuka with the belt, causing a dq finish, sigh. Mina Shirakowa then gave us her opinions on May, and all this screamed, she wants her, but she also doesn't want her, I mean I don't know. I'm not a relationship Psychiatrist.

Mcguiness and Danielson Video Package

Nigel Mcguiness, and. Bryan Danielson, got the video package treatment, on the second attempt, due to technical difficulties, I liked this, as it told the truth, from an era in Pro Wrestling, that is still prevelent to this day.

Jon Moxley Segment

Jon Moxley, then walked through into the arena, with. Marina Shafir, and. Claudio Castagnoli, that was until they got jumped by Private Party. Kommander tried to help, by making up the numbers, but that didn't go well, and even poor old Alex Abrahantez took a beating. Moxley cut a promo on Isiah Cassidy, when he was left isolated, as Marina held him down, so that Jon could extract some sickening violence on him, when he battered his arm with a hammer. This. Was Brilliant, shame it had to happen to my new best friends though.

Postman Perry

Ok, everyone it's time for singalong with Patrick. Postman Perry. Postman Perry, in his blacked out van, as all his victims are left realing, we all know that Perry is a very messed up man. Keep it going guys.

Ricochet vs The Beast Mortas

This match, was brilliant, the near falls echoed the superd in ring action, because this compelling stuff. Ricochet got the win.

Tony Schiavone Interviews Hangman Adam Page

Tony Schiavone then interviewed Hangman Adam Page, and well, let's be honest, this didn't go well, did it. Hangman talked about how the fans, had put him down, when they chanted Swerve's name, and the fact that he's got dozens of admirers, who wanted him to succeed. I thought this was a great way to get over what's left of Hangmans sanity, as he tried to level up to Tony, only for Jeff Jarrett to come out and make the save. Both men had a fight, and Jeff told the Hanger, once they were seperated, that at some point he's going to kick his ass. Oh my god. Book it Tony. I felt like I wanted to run through a wall after watching this.

Will Osperay Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshista vs The Elite

This. Was, an excellent main event, from Okada looking like a bonfide star, the matches within the match. Kyle Fletcher, having a great showing, the physicality becoming the story of match, as both teams incrosicity became widely known. Fletcher hit a coriollis on Nick Jackson for the win. I liked all of this.

Overview Of AEW Dynamite

I personal feel that this weeks Dynamite repressents, a bag of Pic'n mix, like what you like, and leave out what you don't.

This weeks AEW is a solid 7/10.

The Wonderful. Weird And Ugly World Of WCW

Intro

Agh yes. WCW, the gift that in the nineties world of Pro wrestling, that kept on giving. From the good, the bad, to the downright stupid, these are some of the most outright strange situations, that. Ted Turners former company ever came up with.

5 Hulk Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior

Now, what could go wrong with this, an awful match, performed by two awful human beings, yeah I can't really say much else about this, because my god this was just bad.

4 Robocop

Robocop showed up to help a Sting, at a PPV. Ok what, yeah this actually happened.

3 Chucky

Chucky showed up at Halloween Havoc in the early nineties, to hangout with Rick Steiner, yeah this actually happened.

2 Hogans Self Centred Nature Coming Back To Haunt Him

In the the summer of the year 2000. WCW was in very bad shape, it was hemmeraging money,  backstage moral wasn't stable, as the heads of Time Warner, were getting sick of how things were proceeding, and the booking had caused friction amongst talent, and fans. This. Was compounded at the year 2000's Bash At The Beach PPV, when Jeff Jarrett was told to ly down, by the then head of creative Vince Russo. Hogan did pin Jeff, but this didn't go down well. Hogan would go on to sue WCW, and. Vince Russo, for defimation of character. Personally. I think he got what he deserved, his backstage politicking was infamous, and due to his creative control clause, that was in his contract, he could have his say, this was rubbished, because new management had taken over, and it was out with the old, and in with the even worse booking decisions, that would eventually kill the company in my opinion.

1 Vince Russo

Yeah. I hate this man, because how he continued the demolition of something that I once liked, is the reason, for why I can't have nice things. Thanks Vince, thanks a lot.

Monday Night Raw Review

Intro

Ok guys. I'm going to have to start with an apology. I'm having to write this review, whilst very tired. This. Is due to my day job schedule at the moment.

Superstars Show Up And Cm Punk Segment

The Terror Twins. The Judgement Day. Damage Ctrl. Bianca, and. Jade. Braun Strowman. Bronson Reed, and. Cm Punk were all seen showing up to the arena in Portland, but this wasn't like any normal show up angle, because Punk walked his way to the ring, with a defiant attitude, and when he got inside the ring, he cut a menacing direct to camera promo, that looked like a panshot, that Stanley Kubrick would be proud of. Punk cut straight to the point, and talked about how much he has left in the tank, and the answer was, more than we think, ever since he came back to WWE, he said that he wasn't here to make friends, but he's made an enemy in Drew Mcintyre, he thinks this should've ended weeks ago, but he kept on coming back, his family told him not to do this, but he has to do this, because. Drew, has awoken the demon inside him, and even though he can't promise to kill Drew, he will make him bleed, because Punk is prepared to die, and if Drew wants to beat him, he's going to have to kill him. I liked all of this. Their Hell In A Cell Match is going to be insane. And I can't wait to see it.

Sheamus vs Pete Dunne

This. Was a fun ride, that embraced it's own european physicality, Pete had some fun with a cricket bat, which helped him get the win.

Terror Twins Segment

The Terror Twins, were backstage, when in stepped Jey Uso, and they were joined by Xavier Woods. Priest accidentally puts a curse on Xavier, and Finn had some nasty words for Rhea, but she gave it back in equal measure. Finn leave Ilja Dragunov alone.

Natalya vs Zoey Stark

Ok. I'm going get this out of the way now, this match was a mess, and a disaster. Natalya won. I don't know about you guys, but. I hated this.

Jey Uso and Bron Breakker Segment

Jey Uso was out next, after another session of trying to get with Mami, he came out, and talked about his accomplishments, and were he's going on his own, he was then confronted by Bron Breakker, and they had a great promo dual. I liked all of this. Jey Sphered Bron, to end the segment. The personal jibes about both mens families, and Brons past, made for a good exchange.

The New Day vs Finn Balor and Jd Mcdonagh WWE Tag Team Championship

This. Was, a fluent fun match of action, that blended storyline, and decent in ring action, and it paid off. Balor and Jd retained in this interference led Show piece. I have a soft spot for the LWO, but Xavier Woods doesn't feel the same. I think It's splitsville for The New Day. Oh no, how will I look at pancakes now. U*mmm breakfast food.

Bronson Reed vs Braun Strowman

Ok, if you haven't seen this, then all I can tell is this. It's bat s*** crazy, and I loved it. A fan got launched from out of his seat, and chucked into Braun Strowman, the tope rope gave way, they fought in the backstage, and it was here when the carnage amplified, both of these big lads, battered each other, like two giant Slabs of meat. Bronson Sphered Braun, through a wall to end the match.

Sami Zayn Segment

Adam Pearce, was backstage, and in stepped Ludwig Kaiser, who walked into shot, and started to instantly put down Sami Zayn. Sami made his entrance on the screen behind the pair, he made his way to the ring, and spoke with passion, and what last week meant to him. Sami mate, if I was standing in the same ring as. Bret The Hitman Hart, I would feel the same. Bret is one of favourite wrestlers ever, and if i'm honest I idolised the man when I was a kid, he said that he wants to have the same career as Bret, because he wants to be the World Heavyweight Champion, and everytime he has approached Gunther about it, he has always said no, and Sami knows why. It's because he's scared. Ludwig Kaiser came out, and spent the duration of his part of this Promotrain, by shaming Sami, but. Sami thought back, and put the seed of doubt in Ludwigs head, by telling him to stop being Gunthers lackey. Ludwig fired back by saying how dominant Gunther is. The Ring General came out, and asked Ludwig is there something that he would like to say, he proceeded by decking Sami, but. Sami fired back, after Gunther told him that the answer will always be NO. I loved this segment.

Bianca Belair vs Iyo Sky

I had a blast watching this match. Bianca's strength was a huge selling point, the physicality was great, and it both ladies worked this match with ease, and it was great to see. Iyo got the win.

American Made Segment

From The Wyatt Family, leaving him for dead, and losing his family, you could easily say that Chad Gable has a difficult few months, and his new faction agreed, their training montage had me howling with laughter. Ok, it's time to do their theme song. American. American. American. American Made, f*** yeah, freedom is the only way yeah. WWE your time is through, because now you have to answer to. American Made, f*** yeah.

Damian Priest vs The Human Oven

I had fun watching this, from Rhea, and. The Mulletchaser having a catfight on two occasions. Wade Barrett had the time of his life. Carlito got decked, and The Oven was put away by Priest. Jey Uso came out to defend Mami's honour, only for Bron Breakker, to come out, and sphere him into next year, whilst acting like a giant, dick block. The Judgement day beat down The Terror Twins, to end the broadcast.

Overview Of Monday Night Raw
