AEW Dynamite Review 2.10.2025.

This Was A Class Look.

This show opened up with looking incredible. I love this bowl look, and how it made the show feel intimate. AEW please book more of these style venues.

6 Man Tag Match Brodido And Kenny Omega vs Josh Alexander And The Elite.

I loved this. From the comedy beforehand, to the bucks getting mugged off again by the production guys, oh and hello Brandon Cutler. I have a little bit advice for Nick Jackson. In the words of Brandon Flowers from The Killers. The house always wins. This Match was excellent, from all six men making me feel like a nine year old, when they did the mackerena, to the physicality, and the Matches within the Match all allowing the Match to have time to breathe. After a fantastic final series of exchanges Kenny got the win for his team with an one winged angel. The aftermath was even more entertaining. Jurassic Express came out, and instantly took out The Young Bucks. Jack Perry squared up to Kenny, which resulted in both men having a shoving Match. Kenny then took us all on a trip down memory lane, with his promo, as he talked about what the future holds, whilst thanking fans, with passion, a due, and a bang. Only this wasn't the end, because the lights went out, and their stood a hooded figure, as the lights came back on he revealed himself to be a returning Andrade El Idolo. This is complete Keyfabe. Andrade was fired by WWE last month, so he wouldn't have a non compete clause in his contract, if i'm not mistaken. He then joined The Damn It Don Callis.

6 Year Video Package.

This was very well produced, and it worked as a great trip through the first six years of Dynamite. Also cool soundtrack by Garbage.

Mark Briscoe.

Ok, i'm just going to say it. I love Mark Briscoe, and he's not done with Maxwell. This screams Full Gear.

Kyle Fletcher vs Orange Cassidy AEW TNT Championship.

This was an excellent slow burn of a Match, that captilised on its own urgentcy, as both showed incredible efforts, because effort increases urgentcy, and urgentcy increases effort, this became the main selling point of the story of the Match, as both men gave everything. Fletcher retained thanks to Holograms clone attacking Cassidy. This allowed Kyle to hit the orange one with a brainbuster for the win. The lights kept going on and off, and at this point I was thinking, could someone just put 50p in the metre.

Mercedes Mone And Puppet Mercedes.

I'm probably the only person who thinks that Tony Khan missed a trick, not licensing those Mone Dolls. I love Harley Cameron. She was great throughout this broadcast. Mercedes having her own celebration next week, when the show goes to Daley's Place, ok then, I guess.

The Deathriders vs Samoa Joe. Powerhouse Hobbs And Hangman Adam Page.

I didn't like this. The in ring work felt flat, and overall a bit of the place. The Matches within the Match were solid, but they were predictable, and you could see who was going to partner with who. Hangman got the win for his team when he gave Claudio a deadeye and buckshot combo. Joe and Hangman then had a minor falling out. This made Hangman give him a shot at the AEW World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleDream. I like the idea of this Match, even though it screams TV Match.

Jetspeed Segment.

Ok. Kevin Knight, you don't call Stokeley Hathaway a garden gnome, he's a glourious man. Kevin Knight vs Dax Harwood sounds alright though.

Timeless Toni Storm vs Tay Melo.

I didn't like this. The Match worked to put a sad light on the womens division. The action was ok, but we don't see enough of Tay Melo, and that's a real shame, because she's one of my favourites to watch. Timeless got the win, and she then called out Kris Statlander. Kris then agreed to a Match at WrestleDream later on.

 GOA vs The Swirl.

On paper this didn't excite me, but I have to say it the work was solid. It won't end up on my best of the year list, but at least were getting a No DQ Street fight out of this, with The Hurt Syndicate next week. MVP is my MVP of the year, without a shadow of a doubt.

Don Callis Clueless Booker Of The Year.

Don Callis booked Okada, and. Takeshista in a Match next week against Brodido. Yeah I don't see any issues with this at all. He says.

Darby Allin And Kris Statlander vs Wheeler Yuta And Marina Shafir Tornedo Tag Match.

This was a blast. From both teams fighting in the fans, to the physicality resulting in sickening plunder, that helped sell the story of the Match. The Matches within also helped give the Match time to breathe. The chair and table spots, gave room for Marina to get foot tacked, as the final series of exchanges saw dust go in Marinas eyes. She thought wheeler looked a My Chemical Romance fan. Darby got the win by giving Yuta a Coffin Drop. Darby started whipping, like a goverment mule in the aftermath. Pac then attacked to make the save, and Moxley came out. Yuta was choking Darby as Jon cut a scaving promo on him, accepting the challenge of an I quit Match at WrestleDream. This Card is starting to look tasty.

Overview Of AEW Dynamite's 6th Anniversary.

Minor gripes to one side. I enjoyed this broadcast. Storylines progressed as the WrestleDream card starts to take shape.

The AEW Dynamite 6th Anniversary show is a solid 8/10.
